We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Any delivery estimates provided are not guaranteed.
We ship anywhere within the United States. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may take additional time.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
We cannot guarantee changes to an order after it has been placed. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@naturalifelabs.com.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order once the corrected address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.
